Day After

I’m not sure if I should say Happy Post Day or Happy Cleanup Day, but I think both sum up this day after Christmas • The kitties have been enjoying their Santa gifts today. Treats before breakfast, then before naps they frolicked with the battery operated snake and their catnip sacks • Ducky is pictured • The snake doesn’t move as advertised but perhaps our floor isn’t smooth enough. I have a feeling the snake will lose its appeal soon • Off to the post office, a quick stop at the grocery store (now open since the flood), and a stop at the river • More rain coming this week, hopefully not too much • Peace & Love
