The Boulevard of Empty Dreams

As part of my incarceration, I ventured out around the avenues around this part of the industrial estate. I hadn't gone far when I came across this row of trees. Obviously by the way they were lined up, it looks like they were part of some landscaping attempt. Looking around at the general fabric of the units and the general disrepair, I'd be surprised if the estates management were aware of their existence.
