Extra Fast Food

So there I was waiting for my burger. when this guy wheels in this bike. He orders his meal and goes outside to eat it, leaving his bike inside. He then spends a leisurely ten minutes sat on the pavement, presumably to let his food settle. Tour de France, more like Tour de farce.
