Reading Gaol

A trip into Reading this morning so that my son could buy a new coat for work. While he was at the shops the spaniel and I had a wander around. This is the well known piece of street art by Banksy that appeared on the wall of Reading gaol on the night of 28th February 2021. Known locally as the 'Create Escape' it is part of a campaign to raise money so that the former prison can be turned into a centre for the arts.
