Jellyfish hunting

We all slept well and the cottage felt warmer this morning! Danny collected Claire from the Port at 10,30 so she could come spend the day with us. She usually walks on the island so has never made it down as far as we are, and she had a couple of places she wanted to visit. The kids were delighted to show her around 'our' cottage. We went to the beach for a bit (extra), it was good timing as weather-wise it was the best part of the day. Home to pack a picnic which we took to the lighthouse near us. It was so lovely to sit by it and eat our sarnies looking out to sea and nattering. We drove back down and stopped at the beach pictured, another place Claire hadn't been to before. Asha was delighted there were jellyfish! We had quite a while pottering here. Then home for coffee and off to the other lighthouse for sunset. Again, more delight for Asha when there were 3 very friendly cats there! We took Claire back to the Port for her ferry home to Ibiza and now we're back in our cottage, wrapped up, about to play a game of Herd Mentality. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Claire coming for the day and being able to take her to new places. 
2) Feeling warmer today!
3) This beautiful island.
