Bug hunting

A cool and damp day for the annual King's Dyke NR bug hunt led by Pete. Despite the weather conditions there was a good turnout and some very enthusiastic young entomologists. 

We usually aim to record at least a hundred species - it was a struggle to achieve that this year but we did add a few new species to the reserve list including some rather snazzy aphids!
