Birthday

Not the best day for a birthday.
 When I was younger and wanted to go out and celebrate most people were tired after 3 days of fun and festivities and restaurants often chose  this day to close. .
But  we had planned to go off for the day up into the Lakes and have a good walk followed by a nice lunch .
Storm Gerrit put paid to that. A wild wet and very windy day was not the weather for going out at all. We only managed a walk round the block with Fletch. 

But it was warm and cosy inside and I had a nice relaxing day so Im not complaining We will have our day out when the weather is better ( ie not wet or windy whenever that will be.).

Blip shows some of my birthday cards. I particularly liked the camera card from Flavia 13. It even said Canon Eos . Clever.
