Tanker

Off the shoreline of Dar es Salaam, there is always a glut of huge supertankers, container ships, industrial trawlers or whatever the correct maritime term is. The Zanzibar ferry has to dodge the fleets when it leaves the port. Today I stared at them from a cliff walk on the Masaki Peninsula. At this particular moment I was rinsing my foot in seawater after cutting it on some very sharp coral rock, the substrate forming most of the walk which I should not have attempted in flip flops.
