Heavy

One of the reasons why I normally only have my mobile phone with me and not my Nikon camera is the weight.
This is one of the zoom lenses, the 70-200mm. As you can see it weighs 1460 gramme. (3.2 lbs). The camera weighs around one kilo. My 200-500mm lens weighs 2 kg (4.4 lbs). I do have a rucksack for my equipment and have used it a couple of times. But carrying all on a hike is just too heavy.

By the way, 1460 also happens to be the number of my entries. 4 Years of blipping. Only possible with the help of you all who follow me or just pass by once in a while. The positive feedback is enormously helpful and hence very much appreciated!!!
