Let there be light: and there was light

In the evening hours Caspar and I are hardly to see. We don't have so many street lights where I tend to go with him (outside city limits), but also inside our village it is not always well lit.
So we (read: D) thought it wise to give Caspar some light. The light collar came today. It doesn't hinder Caspar and makes him visible, especially on darker roads. Perfect!
