Goodbye 2023, and hello 2024 and Octopus

2023 has not been a good year for us with the loss of our son Mark in June, exacerbated by the totally incompetence of British Gas Customer Services.  At the start of the year they managed to merge our account with the new house built next door, and even now if I log in I get the final account of Mark’s flat instead of our own account.
 
So it’s goodbye to British Gas, and hello Octopus.  The only problem is that their website is snowed under with people trying to upload their first metre readings that I can’t register ours.  Just keep trying . . .
 
 
So a very happy new year to everyone, and I’ll get back to uploading our metre reading.  Here's hoping for a better 2024.
