Busy

This is a late posting, as Blip went down just when I was starting to catch up with dipping into journals and making comments.

We spent the morning tidying up the garage and giving it a good sweep to remove the leaves and dust that invariably blow in if the door is open.  We’ve taken photos of the items that we no longer require and will sell or give away and stored them neatly until we’re ready to take action.

The afternoon was spent in the garden.  Thanks to a great tip from blipper Mima to cut the branches I wanted to strip, which killed two birds with one stone - pruning and picking - today’s batch of blackcurrants was much easier to deal with.  I also picked greens for supper and the last of the mangetout.  MrMacD weeded, cut some of the hedges and mowed the grass.  

A very productive day!
