Outstanding In Its Field

After breakfast this morning we took our granddaughters to a playground in Boston Spa….it has recently been refurbished and some new / different apparatus has been installed, which they thoroughly enjoyed. We then went for a walk along a path through some nearby woods and then on to the centre of Boston Spa and back to the playground…just under two miles in total.

This old piece of farm machinery…which I think is a muck spreader…is just left standing in a nearby field…not quite ready for Derelict Sunday..but, judging by the grass growing around it, I don’t think it has been moved recently.

Then we went on to York Designer Outlet for coffee / lunch and I may have come away with a rather large bag of Haribo jelly babies. The girls burnt off some more energy  in the playground there..hopefully they will sleep well again tonight.
