I had the best of the day when walking Django this morning, giving me this view of the High School and the Pentlands from Penicuik Park, but I had to be back for 10:00 in order to catch up with И. There were lots of exciting things to chat about, as we are hopefully collaborating with another team to add a new solver to HiGHS. I spent the rest of the day programming. First I did what I could to compile the bit of the other team's program that we need, before handing the job over to И, and then I fixed a bug in one of our existing solvers that had been exposed by a colleague.
