Spotted Whistling Duck (Dendrocygna guttata); a.k.a. Spotted Tree Duck as they are known to roost on tree branches.

This is one of the "dabbling" ducks.  Native to Indonesia, New Guinea, Australia and the Philippines.  This one lives with several others at the zoo in Milwaukee.  Diet consists of grass seeds, aquatic plants and invertebrates and small fish.  Conservation status: Least Concern
