Yesterday was our monthly U3A meeting where everybody presented and talked about three of their favourite photos of the past year.  For this month our theme is 'within 100 yards from your house.'  This is one of my efforts.  I awoke early (like most days) and it wasn't raining.  In fact it hasn't rained here today.  Jumping out of bed (alright that isn't quite true) I sorted out my camera, placed it on a mini tripod and took this photo.  I wanted to take the moon peeping over the garage roof.  This photo was taken using the light from a street lamp.  A case of the early bird getting the worm or something like that!  Have a good weekend everyone.
