Summer Grasses…….

………. Beside the water. At the confluence of Doctors Creek and the Taylor River early this morning. The summer grasses have dried off and can be very pretty. However there are some nasty varieties such as Barley Grass. Maisie can attest to their nasty propensities having just had a lethal spike of one seed removed with great difficulty from her nether region. She is recovering and spent lots of time in her crate, aka den, today. The weather has been most unsummery with early drizzle and grey cloud all day.
