Lines on the aqueduct

This morning F and I needed to go to Chirk so while we were there went for a walk along the aqueduct and the canal.  It was a sunny but cold day and there were lots of other people out for a walk too. 

There was a remote control model boat going along the aqueduct, a canoeist as well as walkers.  I missed the train going over the viaduct, that's always good to see too.  I saw someone that I knew also crossing so we stopped in the middle for a chat.

The afternoon light was beautiful and cast shadows of the viaduct arches on the field below.
