It's that kind of day...

A light fluffy snow began falling about 6:30 when I got up and it hasn't stopped. I've been putting seeds out on the deck periodically for the jays, juncos, and squirrels. The snow is light enough they can push through it to find the seeds, but I still went out and brushed the snow off.
I had a cozy day in with the fire, reading, making cookies and periodically heading out to check on the water for the ducks and chickens.
The chickens seemed to be okay shut in today. Their water didn't freeze so that's good. Tomorrow there should be some sun.
