Truffle

Body combat in preparation for Kelso.
Very awkward few hours spent with mother and sister. My eyes were rolling as sister boasted of her next trips to Bangalore and Sri Lanka. She is a serial blagger and I kid you not, pretends to be an International Blogger’ and procures trips from gullible companies who think she will promote their trips.
Yet to see one write up.
This is not sore grapes or jealousy, just a lifetime of smacked gobness at her brass neck and dishonesty.

So she’s buggering off for another two months leaving mum alone again at which mum is rightfully rather nervous and the workload falls to me again.
Grrr

We made a swift exit and went to see One Life which was life affirming that there are good people out there. Anthony Hopkins is superen. Worth seeing. Bring tissues

Then a consolatory big gin and a truffle burger with truffle fries at Provender in Melrose courtesy of a Christmas gift. I cannot resist anything with the word truffle in it
