Tree Groyne Boat

There seems to be a controversial Porty tradition to burn redundant Christmas trees on twelfth night. The FB group is debating its environmentally friendly credentials which I shan’t get into but I’m guessing it was something to see last night
Here’s a wee remnant skeleton.
Body combat then a glorious walk along the beach is stunning sunshine. Extra is an homage to Jon_Davey’s shell pic taken from the opposite direction ( and not as good;) )

It was a day to be outside as after lunch we went round Edgelaw and the still reflections were beautiful. Some ice forming already so the cold snap next week May make it ice over. Did a book tour dropping off promised books to friends in the neighbourhood ( keepingtrack, yours is in your letterbox :))
Then…. Back to Porty for another walk and a cuppa with date slices at the Bistro.
Nice day getting things done and lots of Vitamin D .
