The First Slice

The pig seems more than a bit surprised; Santa on the other hand is all innocence.
My half of this year’s Christmas cake; had the first slice of it this evening and happily it’s one of my better efforts so I don’t expect it to last as long as last year’s.
Was back playing tenpin earlier, my first game since November, and back walking my favourite cemetery/ galleries/ Water of Leith route. Played pretty well but not well enough to avoid being dropped, while the team played pretty well but not well enough to win most of the points. That’s just the way the pins fall. Or not.
