Cotton Wool

Not a bad nights sleep.  It wasn't as cold as the previous night and there was no frost this morning.

Sad news overnight as it was announced that JPR Williams had passed away.  The man was an absolute legend, he redefined the role of full back.  Such a sad loss.

Had to go to hospital this morning for a check up.  No answers, but I have to go back next Monday for a scan.  In the meantime I have to wrap my arm in damp cotton wool.

The afternoon turned into a car crash, so who knows what will happen tomorrow.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  The life and talent of JPR Williams entertaining Welsh fans in the 70s
2.  Fish fingers and chips for tea
