Potted clematis

It wasn't very inviting in the garden today with intermittent rain and strong winds. Normous stayed inside and watched The Lions beat Australia and then went out to cut the grass. He likes to be outside. I stayed indoors and kept myself occupied filling up the recycle bin on my computer.
This lovely flower is on a small clematis plant in a pot - so useful as it can be in pride of place when it is in flower and tucked away unobtrusively the rest of the year. Apart from Montanas, clematis don't seem to like our garden soil so a pot is the answer.
