‘Swinging’ Nightscape

This is one of very many shots I took of the ‘Festival of Lght’ in New Plymouth (NZ). In fact, this was the only abstract one, hence why I decided upon it. Although stationary, all these elements were moving every which way powered by childrens swings just visible under the lights. The balls were travellin up and down as the swings below were swinging too and fro. A mesmerising sight if this may seem rather tranquil. So strong colours and much energy close by.
