Les Noces

Rebecca picked me up at noon and after we had dropped Verity and Kitty off at Northern Ballet we were straight down the M1 to Luton.
Parked up and caught the the train to St Pancras , one Tube then two DLRs to arrive at our destination : Woolwich Arsenal a place l know very little of.
Lots of impressive gentrification has taken place next to the river, we found the hotel easily and then went to find Woolwich Works, a new cultural hub housed in five listed buildings. It was spectacular.

We then found a little French restaurant and quickly ate two courses before returning to the venue.
There to see Ruby dance with Company Chameleon as part of The New Movement Collective which brought together different disciplines from the world of performing arts.
She is still a student at The Northern Ballet School Manchester but attends Chameleon on an evening and Sundays.
Les Noces - The Departure had its premier there tonight and it was so innovative. Ruby danced beautifully with the company and had a little solo which she had choreographed herself .
She really displayed she has made the transition from ballet to contemporary and l’m so happy for her that she loves it.

Just dropping stars and hearts tonight, l’m ready to sleep and the wifi is a bit hot and cold, will catch up when l get home.
