Valley Sunset

We went out to friends at lunchtime for drinks and nibbles. It's an annual event and enjoyable as ever. In the afternoon I could see a lovely sunset developing and reflecting in the river. I went out to find a viewpoint and as you can see, I have the sunset but not the reflection on this occasion.

I see from tonight's news that the recent volcano in Iceland has erupted again sending lava into the town of Grindavik. I feel just a bit of a connection because a bit less than two years ago John and I were visiting that area and we stopped at the little fishing town for lunch. I hope everyone's OK.
