My Defence …….!!!

Whilst taking antibiotics…..Yakult and Live Youghurt….!!
Although I try to take both fairly regularly anyway…..I’m not a huge ‘lover’ of yoghurt…….really don’t like fruit flavoured but these Activia ones are quite nice…!
Doing the trick anyway as I’ve gotten away without feeling sick…
Apparently Augmentin being a notoriously difficult antibiotic to take..!

A quiet Sunday….a few short walks with Mel….a lot of crochet and Dancing on Ice is back…!!
It’s getting colder by the day…
