Birthday party!

Today was Brooke's 1st Birthday party. We all had a fantastic day. My parents were letting us host the party at their house as ours isn't big enough. Mum, dad and my brother Paul were fantastic with all their help before, during and after the party. Brooke was an absolute star. She didn't complain at all the full day. She was full of smiles and giggles and didn't mind being passed around! She was given lots and lots of presents, she truly is one lucky little girl. It certainly has been a fantastic couple of days. We are so very lucky in three ways, firstly to each have a very close and supportive family who completely dote on Brooke, secondly we also have a brilliant group of friends who never fail to make an effort for us and last but definitely not least, we have an amazing little girl who makes our lives complete. She is the best thing that has ever happened to us and is a joy, each and every day. Still can't believe she is already a year old and I'm now officially the mum of a toddler eeeeekkkkk! Hope time slows down soon so that we can continue to enjoy this incredible gift we have been given. Mummy is now away to have a very large glass of red wine and put her feet up!
