Brrrr .....

With a smattering of snow to boot.  

AND , ....  our gas boiler has gone on the blink again.  No heating or hot water for two days.  Plumber help is at a premium but we do have a kind one coming tomorrow to see what's going on - meantime it has been a top and tail wash for both of us, blankets and hot water bottles to keep us going.

Right now I can hear and see Mr HB cooking up a storm preparing 'Mexican Style Pilaf with peppers and soured cream' the first of our 'Hello Fresh' meals - I need to go, there's smoke coming out of the kitchen!!
