Mahonia

Isn't it amazing how some plants manage to flower so well in cold winter weather.  We have 3 large shrubs that are flowering now.  This is the first one and I will post the other two in days to come.

A short session at Wimpole Hall today..  I was only there from mid day until 2.30am.
It was sunny but so cold both outside and inside the house. But a small number of visitors keep on coming!
