Pot hole nightmare

Honestly, it is beyond a joke.  You can see from the pic that the original pot hole has been ,"fixed', about 3 months ago.  But it has collapsed again.  

It's on a 60 mph stretch of road.  Our house is on this road.. We have been told we are not a priority as we are not an A road.  It's a disgrace and scary.  Several villagers have already reported losing 2 tyres.
