Frosty

Today never really warmed up, so there was still some frost at 2.30pm. I like the ice crystals and there’s some bonus bokeh there too.

Several irritations this morning unfortunately: firstly I visited the Lister hospital for a minor procedure, only to be told I’d be recalled another day (in upto 18 weeks time). Then I noticed I had a slow puncture on the way home. I went to three tyre repair workshops but none of them could fit me in so I had to make an appointment for tomorrow morning.

The afternoon was much better with a 5km walk in the sunshine. I managed a better pace too. And finally my first yoga class since the second hip replacement. It was tough, but felt good!
