Worth a Try

A day full of appointments and meetings - as the boys would say, I was ker-nack-er-ed last night.  Anyway, how often do you see magazines in waiting rooms these days??  Not often - but I thought this recipe was worth a try.  The Rower and I are transitioning to a plant-based diet, which is a lot harder work than it seems.  To me, at any rate.
