Growing quickly

This afternoon I conceded defeat; the prescription module was not letting me enter a new prescription let alone print it. I'll look at it tomorrow.

After getting bread for my lunches for the rest of the week, I stopped at Te Wai Orea, and was treated to some lovely glimpses of young native birds. The weweia was diving and feeding itself. The extra is the same large chick following a parent. From the colour I think it is the father. I expect the mother may be incubating an egg or two elsewhere.

I saw two Papango family groups (the New Zealand Scaup), a couple of spoonbills, male and female Putangitangi,
