After getting the boys out to school, I set about getting meself out too and by 1000 I had spotted a bunch of trolleys ahead of standing on the doorstep of A*** M**** to spend half an hour with them before leaving them in the clutches of their social worker. 

I made off in the direction of Her's and set up office there for the remainder of the day (interspersed with dog walking around a crisp Meadows)

As I was the one doing the dog walking, She did the roast chicken - seemed a fair swap to me.
