Night Lights

The nearby town of Callington looks pretty in the dark - not so much in daylight! I've started to use the field in the evening for Oscars last walk. When we go to the activity field it's only 30 minutes so he needs more exercise. I started doing chair yoga and I bought the BetterMe Band to go with it and according to it  I'm only doing 3000 steps on a good day so I too need the exercise! Especially as I seem to be gaining weight! I can't afford to get any bigger and not fit into even more clothes! 
It seems my extras didn't load yesterday so have added them today!
