Pilates

I've borrowed the banner from the Mind, Body & Spirit website as I wanted to remind myself that I've been trying Pilates for the last three weeks.  I felt it might give me some alternative body movements to Tai Chi that might help my back (which is actually not as bad as it was).  It's on the same morning/ lunchtime as Tai Chi so I get double doses on a Wednesday.
