The minding-Margot experiment continues. We sent mum J off to the pub with a few dollars, not enough to render her dissolute but enough for her not to rush back due to an empty glass. Margot yelled and cried a lot, but in snatches. I think she's cottoning on - this is the new deal, not so terrible.
