Our internet is not working

My mentor gave me advice for my didactic which largely uses the same words but rearranges them, gives a little more emphasis, and names the photographers. She’s going to find the brand of spray glue her husband uses when pasting pictures to foam board.

These companies make it so impossible to reach a human that by the time you have (maybe) you are insane. But I probably did not reach a human. 
I probably did not. And they did not solve the problem. I solved it. Because I’m insane now I figured out how to solve it. 

Verizon home internet service. I remember having trouble with Comcast but it was so long ago that I don’t remember going insane. 

These people - it isn’t that you can’t resolve the issue, it is that by the time you’ve gotten to an actual human being you’ve lost your mind.

Ukraine said it used a drone to attack the Rosneft oil storage facility about 50 kilometres (30 miles) from the Ukrainian border. They called it turnabout for attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Supposedly Russia managed to bring the drone down, but the oil depot is still on fire. 


Ukraine’s military said a Ukrainian hacking group stole the plans for more than 500 Russian military sites. The group is called “Blackjack,” which is cool. They erased the data from Russia’s servers and destroyed 150 computers. This is days after they carried out a cyber attack against the Moscow internet provider M9 Telecom. It left Muscovites without internet access although I don’t know if Muscovites then went insane trying to reach a person at customer support. They probably did. 


Russia has been hit with multiple power outages. Tens of thousands of people are impacted. They are freezing, which is really dangerous because people will burn anything to stay warm. But Russian TV is covering how cold it is in the US. You know. Because.
