Sunrise

Another searingly cold morning. Minus 24C . We were up and packed and ready to go shortly after sunrise which was about 10 .30. The sky was clear, and the very low angle of the sun made these trees look like an alien landscape.  The cables were  bending but not broken under the weight of snow,.
This was taken through the coach window so the colour is slightly greyer/ bluer than it really was. 
We’re home now and all is well .
What a wonderful week. I loved the exhilarating cold and the snow and the big “ marshmallow monster” trees, the people , the food the accommodation, the company, the whole Scandinavian thing.
I’d go again.
