A lovely morning for a walk around Bearsted, catching the sun on the newly opened up view from the bridge in the Bearsted Woodland Trust. Note the decoy fisherman.

The weather clouded up this afternoon so while Susan was visiting her mum I got in with a number of tasks which have been glaring at me from the ‘to do’ list.

Finally pickled the last onions bought in October, sorted and paid Doreen’s Landlord insurance, a load of texting, sorting out errors on various bank accounts and collating comments about our allotment agreement with the council.

Another air fry recipe tonight: tofu with stir fry vegetables, just 20 minutes cooking although much chopping and slicing. I could have bought a bag of stir fry veg or frozen veg instead. The addition of a teaspoon of chilli sauce to the tofu and about a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce to the vegetables rounded it all off nicely.
