Official Reading

Tonight I received my official report.

It's long, detailed and full of some home truths and difficult reading. It's nothing I didn't know deep down, but it's now there on paper as cold hard facts.

Now the big decision. I had to pay for this privately, so the report is mine and mine alone. I now have to decide if I want it on my record. If I do, I can try the medication route, but it'll be on my file forever.

What will that cost me over the rest of my life? Insurance premiums? Future restrictions and compromises? Medical access? Jobs?

I've come this far because I'd made up my mind on this answer when I started this whole process. But even despite that, I'm still going sleep on it one more night.
