Emergency dinner blip

Another wet and miserable day - not as windy as predicted, or at least, not in our little corner.  So another indoor day.

I managed to get my tax return done - a job that should be simple, but technology somehow makes complicated!  And I did some fluting. 

W has been busy in the kitchen. He experimented with the "quick" program in the breadmaker, and was happy with the resultant loaf.

We had a pack of puff pastry lurking in the freezer, so he decided to make a salmon and spinach thing.  Rather more than we could eat here - half will go in the fridge for another day.  It was very tasty.
