Busy bee

We were in the forest this morning when we came across this industrious little chap working at a thistle which was swaying in the gale force breeze. Taking shots was challenging, but he just stayed and stayed - must've been some thistle!
Usually any self respecting bee takes flight as soon as I appear with camera in hand so I was more than pleased to get a shot that was more than just a passing blur!
