Exmouth

It’s so nice to have the sun out. I headed out to the gym for a sprint cycle class first thing but took a quick visit to Exmouth beach afterwards. I then returned to the gym to meet up with my friend for a coffee and chat. We then went to the midday Pilates class. An enjoyable active morning.

The afternoon has been various activities on the computer. It has continued sunny all day perhaps l should have been working on the allotment but there is always tomorrow.
