Taking a horse to water

In my home town Louvain-la-Neuve, which has consistently won the top prizes for both floral displays and ecological management of green spaces, the summer hanging baskets in the pedestrian centre are watered using a horse drawn water tank.

Not that with recent weather the baskets are likely to get too dry.
