We've been asked along to a board games event in a week or so, and asked if we could put up a roller banner (as we're sponsors) to promote residential board gaming breaks - that's the thrust of the event.

Fair enough, and the local printers have provided accordingly.  It would have been cheaper to buy online, but we always prefer to buy local if we can.  As it happens, this one developed a fault the next day.  They made us a replacement without me having to ask for one, and told us to keep the first. 

I doubt we'd get that service online.
