Memories

This is a lazy photography day, anyway its dull and drizzle outside!  I took this image which reminds me of memories from my younger days.  The young portrait of our late Queen and predecimal coinage bring back for me fond memories, I still miss the predecimal coinage!  These postage stamps from the Falkland Islands date from February 1960.  One of my memories from that period was writing on the top of my school exercise book the date and writing 1960 for the first time after leaving the 1950s.
