Playing with light!

I love playing with light and experimenting with it.  In this shot the sun was to my top left hand side looking into the image.  I was taken with how the sunlight caught the leaves of the Laurel hedge, illuminating the leaves, some with backlighting.  I also like making the light sparkle in the distance by throwing the scene out of focus.  The footpath leading up the side of the photograph to the tree in the distance, however the shallow depth of field draws your eye into the hedge, as indeed it should.
